Our Story
ND Psych Services is dedicated to evidence-based treatment for neurodiversity. Our mission is to change the stigma of neurodivergence and enhance acceptance and inclusivity.
Megan Schaecher-Pecek (she/her/hers) is a Clinical Psychologist with diverse training in evidence-based practices. Through her clinical and personal experiences, she observed how systems stigmatize neurodivergence, leading to increased difficulties in overall functioning for children, adolescents, adults, and families. ND Psych Services is dedicated to changing the way we view and attend to neurodiversity. We offer comprehensive assessments, recommendations and interventions, and referrals for medication management if indicated. We provide educational workshops to create an environment for learning, acceptance, and compassion while increasing effective skills.

Understanding Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
What is ADHD?
ADHD is one of the most rising diagnosed disorders. This workshop offers education about the brain, symptoms, and executive functioning and how these present in daily functioning beyond a diagnosis.
Parenting or Teaching a Child with Neurodiversity
Understand and Explore Interventions for Children with Neurodiversity.
This workshop teaches about how neurodiversity presents in your child or student and offers effective intervention strategies that create an environment with less stress and more compassion for change.
Adult Neurodiversity
How to live with a neurodiverse brain.
This workshop teaches effective interventions to manage symptoms related to neurodiversity and make your life more functional.
Mindfulness Series
Mindfulness is the core foundation for acceptance and change. This series offers 4 courses on the what skills, how skills, and practice implementation of core mindfulness.

This includes learning to foster an environment of empathy, understanding, and skills development. For schools, this includes effective and accommodations to help access the curriculum.
